Someone from the Sudsy Mutt crew will take payment when the change is made!
No Show Fee
While we understand things can pop up last minute, we do need a heads up if you will not be able to make it to your appointment. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes from your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service(s). This must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.

Rabies Policy
We require proof of up-to-date rabies to be on file before we can take your pet into the back to be pampered. We accept this via an email from your vet and/or paper records of their vaccination history. This is for the safety of our staff as well as the safety of your pet, please note this is non-negotiable and zero exceptions will be made.
Pick Up Policy
When it comes to picking up your pet once they are done being loved on and pampered by our amazing crew, we always try to give a 20 minute travel period so they are ready to walk out the door when you arrive. If you come back before you have been given that call, you will pay full price and receive your pet as is.
We understand you may not be able to pick up your pup immediately, but due to our cage free environment, timely pick up is important. Please note if you have not come to pick up your pup an hour after you have been called, you will be charged a daycare fee unless we have discussed a later pick up time before hand.

Health and Wellness Policy

If anything has changed regarding your pet's health, please let us know when scheduling their appointment. More serious changes in their health may require a vet clearance note. If that's the case, we must have a copy of to keep on file by the start of their scheduled appointment. We accept vet clearance notes via an email from the vet and/or a physical copy of the note.
